EMDR Intensives in

Boulder, Colorado

  • Are you looking for an opportunity to prioritize and jumpstart your healing without the limitations of a 60 minute therapy session?

  • Is trauma (either a single incident or a series of painful events) holding you back from the life you know you were meant to live?

  • Do you ever feel like you finally get to the heart of the matter right when the 60 minute therapy session ends?

  • Do you thrive when you can do a deep dive, engaging with a specific theme or memory without the interruptions of work and daily life?

If so, an intensive may be the right fit for you!

What is an intensive?

  • Focused therapy to support deep healing, help you connect with your true self, and feel a greater sense of ease, sooner.

  • Intensives are longer therapy sessions, with a variety of options based on your needs and goals: ½ day, 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days.

  • Inclusive, personalized support for individuals of all neurotypes, bodies, cultural backgrounds, and gender / sexual identities.

  • Includes a 1.5 hour intake session, the intensive itself, and a 1 hour integration session (typically scheduled 1-1.5 weeks after the intensive).

  • Intensives can take place in my Boulder office or in nature, depending on your personal needs and interests.

  • While this is an EMDR intensive, we may weave in elements of somatic, nature, and mindfulness based therapies to support your healing.

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re exhausted from masking, Neurodivergent burnout, or just getting through the day.

  • Transitions tax your brain and body. You’d prefer deep healing without interruptions.

  • You desire to feel truly seen and understood by someone who truly gets it.

  • You have been in weekly therapy for years, but you can’t seem to get relief from trauma

responses, ever-present tension in your body, or anxious, ruminating thoughts.

  • You value places where you can be unfiltered, messy, and real without judgment.

  • You have a complicated relationship with time, and traditional therapy sessions don’t

align well with your wiring. You may experience time as “now” and “not now.”

  • You long to drop into an experience that is personalized, creative, & collaborative.

  • You are tired of trying to muscle through things alone, and it’s time for more guidance.

  • You might hear yourself saying things like: “I understand this intellectually, but I can’t seem to

    move forward emotionally or physically.”

  • You find yourself reverting back to your younger self in moments of stress, uncertainty,

and overwhelm, and you want to reclaim your sense of autonomy and agency.

  • You fear being rejected if you were to share your authentic self with other people.

  • You are unable to relax, despite all of your best efforts and self care methods.

  • You dream of an existence that allows you more bandwidth to engage in your special interests,

hobbies, or passion projects without feeling guilt or shame about not being “productive.”

  • Scheduling weekly therapy sessions doesn’t work with your current schedule.

If any of these statements resonate with you, I may be able to help.
